Noostr will have a plugin soon that will do that. The theme will also need to support displaying the image.
Ultimately, it's up to the community to add functionality through themes and plugins - but of course, the engine isn't mature enough yet to handle it :)
Plugin support will be coming with 0.7 or 0.8, sometime in the next couple of weeks.
